Things that are VERY important for this position:

• Solid writing skills. (Certainly Malayalam. It would be great if you have any idea about English, HTML or PHP. )
• Great communication skills. (We can not insist that our business clients should have good communication skills. So you MUST have it!)
• Self-driven work ethic. (We’re a flat organization, where everyone is his / her own manager.)
• Ability to take a project from idea to execution.
• Desire to learn. (Our business is changing and growing fast; who knows what will we need tomorrow?)

Things that are (LESS) important for this position:

• Graduation (any discipline)
• Experience in Journalism / Publishing / Online Media / Marketing
  
• Age below 35.
