Fried Fish Masala

ingredients
1. fish pieces-500gm
2. chilly powder-tsp
turmeric powder-one pinch
salt to taste
3. onion sliced long-1
4. small onion-4
5. ginger sliced long-1 piece
6. green chilly sliced -2
7. garlic sliced -3 flakes
8. curry leaves-1 stalk
9. tomato sliced-3
10. coriander powder-3 tsp
11. coconut milk-1 cup
method
Make a paste with the ingredients of the second item using a little water and smear it on the fish. After keeping for sometime fry the fish lightly and drain. Heat oil and saute onion, small onion , ginger, green chillies, garlic and curry leaves. Then add sliced tomato and again saute. Then add coriander powder and stir well. Add coconut milk and salt. Put fried fish pieces into the gravy and stir well. When the gravy starts boiling remove from fire.
