Inchipuli
ingredients
1. ginger cleaned and cut into round slices -100gm
2. coconut oil as required
3. chilli powder-11/2 tsp
4. fenugreek powder -1/2 tsp
5. tamarind-small gooseberry size
6. salt to taste
7. jaggery-1small piece
8. mustard-1/2 tsp
9. curry leaves-1 stalk
method
Crush ginger and press out the juice. Mix tamarind in 1 cup of water and strain. Heat oil and and crackle mustard. Add curry leaves, chilly powder, fenugreek powder and stir (reduce heat while adding chilly and fenugreek powder). Add tamarind water, salt and ginger.When it boils add jaggery and remove from fire.Cool and bottle.
