Mango Pachadi
ingredients
1. mango chopped fine-1 cup
2. a.1 cup coconut milk of first extraction
b. 2 cup coconut milk of second extraction
c. 1 cup coconut milk of third extraction
3. small red onions-4
4. salt to taste
5. green chillies spilt-2
for tempering
1. curry leaves- 2 stallk
2. mustard- 1/4 teaspoon
3. 2 dry chilly cut into 4
4. oil-1 tsp
method
Mix mango with coconut milk of second and third extraction, green chillies, salt, red onions and cook. When it starts boiling add the thick coconut milk and bring to boil over medium heat. Remove from the fire and temper with the given ingredients.
