ingredients
1.1kg of chips fried crisp
2. molasses-500 gm
3. dry ginger-1 small piece
4. cumin seeds-2 tsp
5. cardamom powder-1tsp
6. sugar-1dsp
method
Powder the dry ginger and cumin seeds and mix with sugar. Melt molasses in water and strain. Prepare molasses syrup of 2-thread stage. Add the fried banana pieces in it and stir constantly. Reduce heat and sprinkle the sugar (mixed with dry ginger and cumin seeds ).
Mix well. Sprinkle cardamom powder. Before it gets completely dry remove from fire.When cooled store in air-tight tins.
