Carrot-Cauliflower Pickle

ingredients
1. carrot-cauliflower-cleaned and choped fine-1 kg
2. chilly powder-4 dsp
3. salt to taste
4. turmeric powder-1 dsp
5. mustard powder-1 tsp
6. vinegar-1/4 cup
7. gingelly oil-1/4 cup
method
Put carrot and cauliflower in hot water for five minutes. Then take it from water and spread it on a mat in the sun and dry it for a day. Keep this in a jar and add ingredients from 2 to 5. Stir well. Pour hot oil over it. After 10 minutes add vinegar. Cover the jar and shake it well. Keep the jar in the sun for 1 or 2 days and use.
