Coconut Prawns Curry

ingredients
1. prawns- 500 gm
2. onion- 2 medium size finely chopped
3. tomatoes- 2 medium size finely chopped
4. coconut milk- 1/2 cup
5. green chillies- 3
6. ginger paste- 1 tsp
7. garlic paste-1 tsp
8. chilli powder- 1 tbs
9. turmeric-1/2 tbs
10. tamarind paste-1 tsp
11. curry leaves- 4 or 6 stalks
12. mutard seeds
13. salt to taste
14. water- 2 cups
method
In a cooking pan, boil onions with tomatoes, green chillies, chilli powder, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste & tamarind paste. Once its starts boiling, add the prawns and boil it until its cooked. Add coconut milk once prawns are cooked. Saute Curry leaves and mustard seeds in oil and add to the cooked prawns curry. Hot and spicy coconut prawns curry is ready. This serves for three people.
