Prawns Mango Molly

ingredients
1. peeled prawns-700 gram (cleaned and veins removed)
2. Raw mangoes-3 (peeled and sliced)
3. onions sliced-300 gram
4. green chillies spilt-25 gram
5. ginger chopped -25 gram
6. curry leaves-1 stalk
7. garlic-10 gram
8. turmeric-2 pinches
method

Pour coconut oil in a pan with ginger, garlic and green chilli. Stir it, and then add curry leaves. Add turmeric, stir and bring to boil. Add mangoes and salt to taste. Add prawns and stir. Add water if required. Boil over a low flame, add coconut milk and remove from fire.
