Seer Porichatu

ingredients
1. seer fish-350 gm
2. kashmiri chilly powder-30gm
3. turmeric powder-3 gm
4. ginger garlic paste-50 gm
5. lime juice (optional)-2 limes
6. salt to taste
7. oil for frying
method
Clean, cut and wash the fish. Grind the spices together to a paste. Apply to the fish and put it aside for sometime (if desired add lime juice to the masala mixture). Shallow fry in oil and serve hot. Garnish with sliced onion salad.
