Fish Fry
ingredients
1. fish- 200 gm
2. rice flour- 15 gm
3. besan (lentil flour)- 5 gm
4. chilli powder- 15 gm
5. ginger- 5 gm
6. garlic- 5 gm
7. salt to taste
8. lime- 2 nos
9. turmeric-5 gm
10. garam masala powder- 2 gm
11. curry leaves- 2 stalks
method
Clean the fish properly and cut into four slices. Add some turmeric , salt and lime juice and marinate it for sometime. Make a marinate with one lime (juice), rice flour, besan, ginger, garlic paste, salt , garam masala, a pinch of turmeric and chopped curry
leaves. Add some water if necessary. Apply this marinate gently on the fish both sides and leave it in refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours. Then grill the fish in a tawa and cook both sides gently so that it dosen't loose the marinate. Serve garnished with ciriander leaves.
