Tapioca Vada

ingredients
1. tapioca chopped very fine- 1 cup
2. ginger chopped- 1 tsp
green chillies sliced round-1/2 tsp
dry chilly crushed-1
curry leaves chopped -2 stalks
salt to taste
3. wheat flour- 1/2 dsp
method
Cook tapioca till soft. Mix this with the ingredients of the second item. Sprinkle wheat flour and mix again. Do not keep this long. Shape into vadas and deep fry over medium heat.
