Onion Thoran
ingredients
1. onion sliced long- 1/2 cup
grated coconut -1/2 cup
ginger sliced long-1/2 tsp
salt to taste
2. green chilly sliced- 4
fish tamarind, salt ,
curry leaves - to taste
3. water- 1/4 cup
method
Mix the ingredients of the first item and squeeze together. Add the ingredients of the second item and water. Cook till dry.
