Pachadi
ingredients
1. curd- 1/2 cup
2. salt -1/2 tsp
3. oil-1tsp
4. mustard-1/2 tsp
5. fenugreek- a pinch
6. onion sliced long-1/2 tbs
ginger sliced long-1/2 tsp
green chilly sliced round-1/2 tsp
curry leaves- 1 stalk
method
Heat oil and crackle mustard and fenugreek. Add ingredients of the sixth item and saute well. Remove from fire. Add curd, salt and mix well.
