Potato Baji

ingredients
1. potato boiled and mashed- 1/4 kg
2. green chilly chopped fine-4
3. ginger crushed- 1 tbs
4. curry leaves chopped- 1 tbs
5. salt to taste
6. oil- 1 tbs
method
Knead the ingredients from 1 to 5. Form this mixture into small balls. Roll each ball by hand pressing. Apply oil in a hot griddle and fry on both sides. Do not fry it crisp.
