Vanpayar Curry

ingredients
1. cooked vanpayar- 1 cup
2. grated coconut - 1/2 coconut
3. garlic flakes - 4
4. chilli powder - 2 tsp
5. coriander powder - 1 tsp
6. water - 2 cup
7. curry leaves - 1 stalk
8. salt to tast
9. coconut oil - 1 tsp
method
Fry the grated coconut till red in low fire. Add garlic, chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix well for few minutes and remove from fire. Allow it to cool. Grind it to fine paste . Heat a skillet and add cooked vanpayar, ground paste, water. Allow it to boil. Then add curry leaves and coconut oil. Serves best with rice.
