Vanpayar Ularthiyathu
ingredients
1. vanpayar cooked- 1 cup
2. small onion-6
garlic- 4 flakes
ginger- 1 small piece
3. chilly powder- 2 tsp
4. coconut grated- 2 tsp
5. salt to taste
6. curry leaves- 2 stalkes
method
Grind the ingredients of second item to a fine paste. Heat oil and saute the ground paste. Add chilly powder, grated coconut, curry leaves and saute. Add cooked vanpayar , stir well and cook for five minutes over low fire.
