Tomato Rasam
ingredients
1. tur dhal- 1/2 cup
2. water- 4 cup
3. tomatoes(large) sliced thin-2
curry leaves-2 stalk
rasam powder- 2 tsp
salt- 1/2 tsp
4. mustard- 1/2 tsp
method
Cook the dhal soft and mash. Add water and ingredients of the third item to dhal and boil well. Tomato rasam is ready. For tempering, heat oil fry mustard and add this to rasam.
