Pineapple Kichadi
ingredients
1. pineapple finely
chopped-100gm
2. green chilly spilt-2
3. turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
4. salt to taste
water as required to cook
5. coconut grated -1/2
6. cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
7. curd- 1/4 litre
for tempering
1. coconut oil- 1dsp
2. dry chilly-2
3. mustard-1/2 tsp
4. curry leaves- 2stalks
method
Cook ingredients from 1 to 4. When water is absorbed remove from fire. Grind coconut and cumin seeds finely and add to curry. Then add curd and mix well. Heat oil and temper the ingredients one by one and add to the curry.
