Pineapple Rasam
ingredients
1. ripe pineapple cut into small pieces-1/2 cup
tur dhal cooked and mashed- 1/4 cup
2. rasam powder- 1 dsp
3. curry leaves- 2 stalkes
4. water- 4 cup
5. salt to taste
6. coconut oil - 1 dsp
7. mustard- 1tsp
8. dry chilly -2
9. lemon juice- 2 dsp
method
Boil well ingredients from 1 to 5. For tempering, heat oil fry mustard, dry chilly and add this to rasam. Then add lemon juice and mix well.
