Pachakkuthira
Gopika in the Malayalam movie 'Pachakkuthira' directed by Kamal.
The film revolves around Anandakkuttan, a junior film artist and his autistic brother Akash Menon. Dileep plays both Anandakkuttan and Akash Menon. Screenplay by TA Shahid, lyrics by Girish Puthencherry and music by Ilayaraja. Camerawork is by P Sukumar.
Anandakuttan has tried his hand at numerous jobs to eke out a living. Now he is a junior cine artist doing bit roles in small-time movies. He also supplies junior artists to the sets. But he can hardly make ends meet. Nimmy is another junior artist and colleague of Anandakuttan. They live dreaming of eventually becoming stars in their own right. It is at this juncture that Aakash Menon, his younger sibling whom he has never seen comes into his life, kindling hope in Ananadakuttan's life.
