Rasathanthram
After 12 long years Mohanlal and Satyan Anthikad team-up for 'Rasathantram'. Well-acclamied Mohanlal and Meera Jasmine come together for the first time in this movie. Satyan Anthikad brings his usual package of KPAC Lalitha, Oduvil Unnikrishnan, Mamukoya and the most important person, Innocent.

പ്രേമചന്ദ്രന് എന്ന മരപ്പണിക്കാരനായിട്ടാണ് മോഹന്ലാല് അഭിനയിക്കുന്നതു. കണ്മണിയെന്ന നായികയായി മീരയും. ഒരു വീട്ടിലെ ജോലിക്കാരിയായി ദുരിതജീവിതം നയിക്കുന്ന കണ്മണിയെ പ്രേമചന്ദ്രന് രക്ഷിക്കുന്നിടത്താണ് കഥയുടെ രസച്ചരട് മുറുകുന്നത്.

nice film! sathyan anthikkad did it again!
An average film.Nothng new in the story line.Meera Jasmine puts up a gud show
Classic comedy & melodious songs make the film mega hit.
it is bad, nothing is shown up. mohanlal once again dissapoints. and where's the satyan-lal golden touch gone? what the hell does it means with meera in a man's attic. what is the role of mukesh?
I haven't seen the movie and ofcourse I have no comment about it, but regarding shine's comment -What do you mean by "what the hell......... man's attic?" Please look in to it's meaning once again. Well, who cares, isn't it?
This film was quite disappointing. 2nd half was like a mega serial. A story which can tell by 1 1/2 hr is streched to 3 hrs. But nice to see the performances of Mamukkoya Oduvil and Innocent. Old wine in new bottle.

sathyan anthikad has tried to revive memories of the viewers- an "Aviyal" of quiet a few mohan lal starrers we had watched over the years..lovely music!!
a good entertainer,you will enjoy it
the film is nice.but meera's appearence as a boy is really below average.
Its a little bit boring..even we can not compare this with sathyan's "ponmutta..thaaraavu ,ganhi nagar" etc.just like, sathyan trying to give centiments in capsules at regular intervals....Moreover how boring meera's acting especially when "aatinkaayorathe chaatal mazha"..wheter she dancing or doing komalitharam?? ofcourse laletan,innocent,maamukkoya superb..Ilayaraja no doubt the real mastero..& the loction and azhagappan's camera...fantastic!!!
A very nice film. beaytifully taken and edited in a very nice location. Averry good film jointly can see by family members,afilm having no obscene sceens.A good story taken in the background of a country.
An average filim,not in par with Sathyan-Lal old golden filims,second half bit streached,that made this filim in the average catagory.
Dissapointing film from Sathyan. Lack of a script. Unbelievably substandard climax. Why did he delay to accept the heroine for two and half hours ?

THE FEATURES AND THE CLIPS OF RASATHANTHRAM IN INDULEKHA, MADE ME TO SEE THE FILM.
I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO WATCH THE FILM WITH MY WIFE BEENA FEW DAYS AGO AT SREE THEATRE, TRICHUR.
IT WAS A NEW EXPERIENCE TO ME. IN THE THEATRE AFTER MANY YEARS. I LIKED THE ACTING OF MEER ESPECIALLY. OTHER CHARACTERS ARE REGULAR, NOTHING SPECIAL. NOBODY IS ATTRACTED THERE EXCEPT MEERA.
EARLIER I HAD WRITTEN COMMENTS FOR "RASATHANTRAM" WHICH WAS WITHOUT SEEING THE MOVIE.
THE FILM IS TOTALLY NICE.
PERSONAL REGARDS TO ALL READERS OF INDULEKHA.

The pictures in Indulekha times made me see the movie with family.Brilliant acting led by Bharath Gopi,KPAC Lalitha,Oduvil,Innocent,Meera and last but not the least Mohanlal contributed to the success of the film.Nice songs by Ilayaraja. The picturisation of the songs has also contributed to the success.
The Sathyan-Lal team has clicked again.
It is good movie but not like old sathyan- lalmovie. Those were good and we enjoyed and stil we are watching. This movie is different story and situation made meera as a boy. Only the thing sathyanji does't give importance of the past of mohanlal in this movie. So Mukesh and al become like guest.There is no meanigless romance and fightings. That is why ilike thatmovie. And directed well.Realy i like KPAC Lalitha and she never acts it is like her real life. Bharath Gopi and Mohanlal done it well.Sathyanji plz try to make like our old movies.

Very nice film, Meera was the real star in this, others did the normal. Especially the performance by Meera in the song ATTINKARYORATH
A cut and paste movie from Sathyan Anthikad? Can't believe! Don't blame him as quick-buck has become a way of life.But clearly shows that you can't change the clock backward. It's time for Mohanlal to switch to the role of an uncle or a Balettean the very least. His recent movies reminds me the middle aged villains raping teenagers in old malayalam movies.
