കൊച്ചിന് പോര്ട്ട് അധോലോകമാഫിയായുടെ കാല്കീഴിലാണ്. കള്ളക്കടത്ത് വളരെ വ്യാപകം. സ്ഥിതിഗതികള് നേരെയാക്കാന് സി.ഐ. ജയച്ചന്ദ്രന് നിയോഗിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. അന്വേഷണത്തിന്റെ ആരംഭത്തില് തന്നെ മാഫിയയുടെ വലയില് പെട്ട രന്ജിനി എന്ന് യുവതിയെ ജയച്ചന്ദ്രന് മോചിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. തന്റെ ജീവിതം നശിപ്പിച്ച മഫിയാ സംഘത്തെ തകര്ക്കുമെന്ന വാശിയിലാണവള്. ഇവര്ക്കൊപ്പം അധോലോക സംഘത്തോടു വ്യക്തിപരമായി പകയുള്ള മമ്മദും ചേരുന്നു.
