Indulekha Store belives in supporting its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal Return and Refund Policy.

Overview

Our Refund and Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you want to cancel or return an order, please notify us at the earliest by logging in to your account or using our Contact Form, quoting your order number. Our support team will help you to process the return.

Cancellation

If you cancel your order before it get shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If you want to cancel an order after shipping, you have to wait till the packet reaches you. Once the order get delivered, you may return it unopened within 7 days of receiving the shipment, in its original packing, for a refund excluding shipping costs.

Please remember, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Replacement

If you receive a book that is damaged/ defective or receive a wrong book, feel free to contact Customer Care. The defective book will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately. Replacement will be subject to availability of the same with Indulekha Store.

If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the amount you paid.

Refund

Refund for customers who used our digital payment gateway will be made to the Card or Bank Account that was originally used to make the transaction. Payments made through Money Order, Money Transfer, Demand Draft and Cheques will be refunded only to a bank account in India.

Once you request cancellation or return books, Indulekha Store will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund within 7 days, depending on your refund preference.

Late or Missing Refunds

There is often some processing time before a transfer is posted in a bank account; it may take 1-2 days to reflect the payment in your account. If you are not getting the credit in 2 days, please contact your branch of the bank.

Card companies take 5-7 days to complete the refund process. If you haven’t received a refund by that time, contact your credit card company and ask them a status report.
