The ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 started on Mar. 11 and is expected to rake in crowds from across the world.After a lull of almost 20 years the West Indies is once again making news in the world of cricket, thanks to the island's first stint at hosting the World Cup.The World Cup is just over two weeks away and perhaps nowhere is the sense of urgency more evident than in Antigua.The island may usually have a busy tourist season, but it is a different matter hosting close to 15,000 cricket fans for an event of this magnitude.The brand new Sir Vivian Richards stadium, built with some help from the Chinese, is ready to host six of the Super 8 matches.
